Every production run begins with one clear conversation.

Indicative sampling 7–10 days and bulk production 20–30 days, confirmed with your quotation. MOQ is generally 30 pieces per style, subject to fabric and construction.

    Select Materials

    Choose fabrics, trims, and decoration methods from our full range of technical textiles.

    Develop the Sample

    Sampling takes 7–10 days so you can approve fit, fabric, and finish before bulk production.

    Begin Production

    Bulk production runs 20–30 days across our 50+ machines and 70+ person team.

  5. 05 / 06

    Inspect Quality

    Every order passes incoming, inline, end-line, and final AQL random inspection before pre-shipment review.

  6. 06 / 06

    Pack & Ship

    Finished goods are packed to spec and exported worldwide.

Plan the order against capacity, specifications and delivery.

ThreadlinkMFG directly operates its factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. Current normal capacity is 500+ pieces per day and 12,000+ pieces per month. This is factory capacity, not an allocation or delivery guarantee for an individual order.

For larger confirmed contracts, capacity can scale by adding manpower and machinery, subject to order volume and production planning. Share quantities by style and the target delivery date so we can assess materials, line scheduling and approval requirements.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification in progress - external audits completed and certificate issuance pending.

What to include in your procurement brief

  • Product or style references and any available tech pack.
  • Quantity per style, colour and size; repeat-order needs if known.
  • Fabric composition and GSM, fit, branding, labels and packaging.
  • Target delivery date, destination country and delivery city or postcode.
  • Inspection requirements and the details still needing development.

Use the quote form and add these details to your project notes. A reference image or sample can start the discussion if a complete tech pack is unavailable.

Where is quality checked?

Our order process includes 5 inspection points: Incoming Material Inspection, Inline Inspection, End-Line Inspection, Final Random Inspection (AQL), Pre-Shipment Inspection. Confirm your required measurements, tolerances and inspection arrangements with the production brief.
