1. Who we are

ThreadlinkMFG ("we", "us") is a performance-apparel manufacturer based at Building #32, Rangers Road, Ura Chowk, Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through www.threadlinkmfg.com and how we use it. We manufacture on behalf of client brands. This policy covers our website only, not the products or services of the brands we manufacture for.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, specifically:

• Contact details submitted through our Request a Quote form or Contact page: name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and country.
• Project details you provide, including product category, customization requirements, quantities, and any tech packs, mockups, or reference images you upload.
• Messages you send us directly via email or WhatsApp.

We do not use this website's analytics for advertising or remarketing. Browsing the website and requesting a quote do not require an account or agreement to analytics. If you choose “Accept analytics,” we use Google Analytics to measure public page visits and selected website interactions, including quote-form use and contact-link clicks. Google receives usage information, browser and device information, network information including your IP address, and cookie identifiers. We do not send your quote answers, contact details, uploaded files, filenames or file links to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent by our measurement code. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings.”

An unfinished quote is saved temporarily in this browser tab so it can be recovered after a reload. That draft expires after eight hours, excludes uploaded files and consent, and is removed after a successful submission. The site also stores cached public pages and assets for faster repeat visits. Anonymous performance measurements remain in the current browser session and are not transmitted to us or a third party.

We remember your analytics choice for six months using a preference stored in this browser. If you accept analytics, the website sets first-party Google Analytics cookies configured with a 90-day lifetime. Google's session-cookie expiry can renew with activity. Changing or clearing browser storage may require you to choose again. Declining analytics does not prevent your enquiry from being sent through the enquiry services described below.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and prepare tech packs, samples, and pricing.
• To communicate with you about an active or prospective production order.
• To maintain records required for our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems where a project proceeds to production.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

4. Third-party services we use

The following services support enquiries, the location map and optional website analytics:

• Cloudinary: hosts any files (tech packs, mockups, reference images) you upload with your request.
• Web3Forms: delivers your submitted form data to our inbox at info@threadlinkmfg.com.
• Google Apps Script and Google Sheets: when the enquiry backup is configured, a copy of your submitted enquiry, including links to uploaded files, is sent to our enquiry spreadsheet.
• OpenStreetMap: provides map tiles on the Contact page. Loading the map sends network information, including your IP address, to the map provider. It does not send your quote form details.
• Google Analytics: if you accept analytics, Google processes website usage and cookie information to help us understand visits and selected interactions. This is separate from the services that receive your enquiry. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner websites in Google's privacy information.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Enquiry information is sent to the enquiry services described above. The map provider receives the network information needed to serve map tiles. Google Analytics receives optional usage information only after your analytics choice; it does not receive the answers and attachments in your enquiry.

5. Data retention

We retain quote requests and associated files for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, service an active order, and meet our quality-system record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@threadlinkmfg.com.

6. Your choices

Use “Analytics settings” at any time to accept or decline analytics. Withdrawing your choice stops future analytics measurement from this browser and removes the website's Google Analytics cookies. It does not undo information already transmitted. Analytics settings do not change your enquiry, uploaded attachments or permission for us to contact you about that enquiry. To request deletion of information you have shared with us, use the contact details above.

We may update this policy as our website or processes change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
