Turn your activewear idea into a clear RFQ.
Set out the product, quantities and decisions you need to resolve before requesting a sample or production quotation.
ThreadlinkMFG generally works from 30 pieces per style. Fabric, construction, branding and color/size splits can change the practical minimum. A worksheet total does not confirm production eligibility.
Choose the next decision
First sample or first run
Use a reference garment, catalogue style or tech pack. Identify which fit, fabric and branding decisions the development sample must settle.
Confirm scope, price, revisions and any sample credit in your quotation. No universal fee or revision allowance is stated here.
Bulk or repeat program
Provide the approved specification version, quantities by style, size and color, and delivery windows. Flag changes from an earlier sample or order.
Current normal output is 500+ pieces/day and 12,000+ pieces/month. Available capacity and larger contracts need confirmed production planning.
Build your specification brief
Fields are optional for planning. The worksheet does not send or save your entries. Download your brief to keep it, then include your contact details when submitting the actual RFQ.
No production quantities entered.
Your RFQ brief
Complete the worksheet, then select Generate my brief.
Downloading the brief does not send an enquiry. Use the quotation form when you are ready to submit.
Confirm before committing
- Sample: agree the product, decisions it must resolve, charges, revision scope and approval method. Digital pattern or fit-review requirements should be requested, not assumed.
- Production: confirm the specification version, per-style/color/size quantities and any material minimums.
- Timing: indicative sampling is 7–10 days and bulk production 20–30 days, subject to your quotation. Confirm start conditions, working/calendar days, sourcing and transport separately.
- Total cost: request separate product, decoration, labels, packing and shipping costs. Confirm what destination charges are included in the agreed delivery arrangement.
- Approval: identify which measurements, artwork positions and construction details must be agreed before cutting or bulk manufacture.
