1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.threadlinkmfg.com, operated by ThreadlinkMFG, a performance-apparel manufacturer based at Building #32, Rangers Road, Ura Chowk, Sialkot, Pakistan. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

This site presents our manufacturing capabilities and a catalogue of styles we can produce. It is not an online shop. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no prices are published here — every order is quoted individually against your specification.

3. Catalogue styles and specifications

The catalogue shows styles we have manufactured and can rebuild to your requirements. Specifications are shown at two levels of confidence:

• Confirmed specifications — verified against production records.
• Typical construction — the standard build for that style, clearly labelled as such on the product page. These are indicative and are confirmed at sampling, before any bulk production begins.

Fabric, weight, fit, colour, trims, and branding are all made to order. The exact specification for your order is the one agreed on your approved sample and written confirmation — not the figures shown on a catalogue page.

Product photography shows previous production. Colours reproduce differently between screens and fabrics; colour is matched at sampling against your reference.

4. Quotations and orders

A quotation issued by us is an invitation to proceed, not a binding contract. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit or sampling stage is complete.

Our published minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per style. Indicative lead times are 7–10 days for sampling and 20–30 days for bulk production, measured from approval of the relevant stage. Lead times depend on specification, quantity, material availability, and decoration method, and are confirmed with each quotation.

Commercial terms — pricing, payment schedule, delivery terms, inspection arrangements, and remedies — are agreed in writing per order. They are not set by this website.

5. Your material and intellectual property

You keep all rights in the artwork, designs, tech packs, trade marks, and reference material you send us. By sending them, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have goods manufactured bearing them, and you authorise us to use them for the purpose of quoting for, sampling, and producing your order.

We will not manufacture goods bearing a third party's trade mark or copyright work without your confirmation that you are entitled to have them made. We may decline any request where that entitlement is unclear.

We do not publish client work, brand names, or production photography from a client order as a reference without that client's permission.

6. Our content

The text, photography, and design of this website belong to ThreadlinkMFG and may not be copied or republished without permission. You may share links to any page freely.

7. Certifications

Our stated certifications — ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) — relate to our own management systems. Certification documentation is available on request to buyers evaluating us as a supplier.

8. Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and specifications and capabilities may change as our production evolves. Where something on this site matters to a purchasing decision, confirm it with us in writing before you rely on it.
