We manufacture on behalf of client brands — this policy covers our website only, not the products or services of the brands we manufacture for.

• Project details you provide — product category, customization requirements, quantities, and any tech packs, mockups, or reference images you upload.

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not require account creation to browse this site or request a quote.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and prepare tech packs, samples, and pricing.
• To communicate with you about an active or prospective production order.
• To maintain records required for our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems where a project proceeds to production.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

4. Third-party services we use

Submitting the Request a Quote form sends your information to two processors that power the form:

• Cloudinary — hosts any files (tech packs, mockups, reference images) you upload with your request.
• Web3Forms — delivers your submitted form data to our inbox at info@threadlinkmfg.com.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms. We only share the information you submit through the form itself — nothing more.

5. Data retention

We retain quote requests and associated files for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, service an active order, and meet our quality-system record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@threadlinkmfg.com.
